The Situation

Diners Club International’s global partner conference brings together banking leaders from around the world — a high-stakes, tightly scheduled environment where every minute matters.

This event presented an opportunity for the brand to capture authentic partner stories while those leaders were all together in one place.

It also presented risk: crowded agendas, live programming, and zero room for disruption.

With all that in mind, Diners didn’t need a vendor who would slow things down. They needed a partner who could plug into the event itself, operate independently, and deliver polished content without pulling any focus away from the relationships that mattered most.

Our Approach

Creovi deployed a fully self-contained production team, flying in all crew and equipment and building a dedicated interview studio inside the conference venue.

By creating a controlled, professional environment on-site, we removed the usual friction. There was no hunting for locations, no technical compromises, and no wasted time.

Working closely with the Diners Club team, we coordinated interviews around the live conference schedule, capturing four global banking partners efficiently and with minimal disruption to their day.

Because we were embedded into the flow of the event, content was captured seamlessly while Diners focused on what mattered most: their partners.
